If you are a current customer of USA Propane, you may receive a referral credit of $50 when referring a new customer tank set to USA Propane. This is for new tank sets only of 330 gallon tanks or more and new customer must use the minimum amount required yearly before credit will apply. Referral credits do not apply for accounts where a tank is already in place and has been previously serviced by USA Propane.

Each summer, USA Propane offers prebuy to our customers. What is prebuy? It is an opportunity to cap prices at a lower rate by "pre-purchasing" fuel. Most look at it like an insurance policy in that prices will never go above the prebuy price for the gallons purchased but could go lower!
PREBUY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:
- Accounts will be required to purchase a minimum amount of propane (you may purchase more) which varies from year to year
- Prebuy prices will not be provided on our website, via email or on social media. The only way to find out the current prebuy price is to contact our office by telephone or in person. At that time we will confirm the customer account and the minimum gallons needed to participate
- New customers do not need to prebuy the first year. They will receive a price that will be capped through April 30 and then they may prebuy the next year.
- All future deliveries are deducted from the prebuy purchase until all gallons have been depleted
- Once the prebuy gallons are used up, your account will be charged for each delivery at the current market rate
- Delivery tickets show the current price, not the prebuy price. In this way, customers are able to determine how much they are saving off of the prebuy price OR if they are receiving a lower prebuy price
- If our current market price is LESS than the prebuy price, customers will receive the lower price and additional gallons equal to the difference in cost between the prebuy and market rates
- Prebuy contracts begin immediately upon purchase and cannot be saved for future deliveries
- Prebuys cannot be put on a budget plan
- Customers cannot pay for a delivery to hold prebuy gallons for later delivery
- Prebuys must be paid in full by the cutoff date each summer
- Any remaining prebuy gallons as of April 30 each year will be converted back into dollars at the original purchase price and appear as a credit on the customer's account
- Customers may use the credit left on account after April 30 to purchase a new prebuy and the new year's prebuy rate OR for a delivery at the market rate after April 30
- No prebuy gallons may be used after April 30
